Instead of using your own money to pay the hospital’s bill, the insurance company will pay the cost for your with certain term and conditions. That’s why you are paying a premium to them in order to get that service.
But, it is not enough to rely 100% on your insurance scheme. For me, you should spend your time in a healthy way too. I mean, you could prevent critical illness if you know on how to release your stress and have a necessary diet properly.
1. Have a time for sports
Badminton, squash, futsal, table-tennis, jogging or any sports that you love to play. You should spend about 3-5 hours per week with your friends or family.
2. Gardening
If you’re living in the apartment or condominium, it may not a suitable suggestion. But if you have an enough green space in your house compound area, why don’t take a time to do this activity?
3. Spa, massage & reflexsology
It is hard nowadays to find “tukang urut” kampung especially if you live in the city. But there are a lot of spa centre or reflexsology centre in Kuala Lumpur. You don’t have to do it everyday, it is enough once a month. Well, it will be very refreshing.
4. Eat ulam-ulaman, fresh fruits, organics vegetables and avoid red meat
Modern red meat is not good. The animals have been exposed with too much chemical. Even our fruits & vegetables too. My sister’s maid once told, “Kami ada 2 tempat tanam sayur pak. Untuk makan sendiri kami enggak bubuh racun.”
5. Necessary Supplement
We are consuming too much un-wanted things for our body. Heavy metal. Toxic. And our body must rid off these un-wanted materials as soon as possible.
6. Blogging therapy
Do you know that blogging can become a therapy?
You can relief your stress by writing.
7. Perform solat & read Quran
“For without doubt in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find satisfaction.” (ar-Ra’d : 28)
