Rich or Super Rich?

To become rich is easy. You shall know the basic. There are few basics and one the basic come from this question:

Do you know how to get RM 1 from other people?

If your answer is,

.

.

Hey… answer first la before you scroll down

.

.

.

YES, read further; but if

NO, stop reading now and learn how to get RM 1 from other people first, please.

.

.

.

All right.

Now you know how to cari duit from other people, so if you want to be a millionaire, what should you do is to get another RM 1 from the other 999,999 people. Then, you’ll become a millionaire. Easy isn’t it? When to achieve it? You’ve to determine it yourself.

That’s one of the way to become rich. Now, do you want to become Super Rich? Here are 2 of the secrets.

1. Don’t sell time

If you’re an engineer, lawyer, doctor, accountant, consultant, professional speaker and any professional title which you’re very proud of, you can’t become super rich. The reason is because you’re selling your time. Can you value time? I could say time is priceless. You shall find a way to get some leverage and be more productive.

For example, you’re a medical doctor (general practitioner), your consultancy fee per patient is RM 15 (average consultation is 15 minutes). You work for 10 hours per day. The calculation is here:

RM 15 x 4 x 10 = RM 600 per day x 30 days = RM 18,000 per month.

This is a rough calculation if your clinic is always full with patient.

You shall sell a product to become a super rich person.

Now you’re a bai roti, you can produce 200 breads per day. Average price is RM 2.50. So …

RM 2.50 x 200 = RM 500 per day x 30 days = RM 15,000 per month.

This is also a rough calculation if all the breads can be sold in a day. But please be remember that you can hire another 5 workers to produce 1000 more breads per day to make your income is almost 5x higher than a medical doctor.

Clinic (service) vs Bakery (product)

A customer doesn’t care who make the bread as long as the shop & the taste is the same, but a patient will think twice before they want to be treated if they can’t consult the same doctor even the clinic is the same.

Me myself want to have a consultation with the same doctor who has diagnosed my health from the very beginning with the exception in the emergency case.

But if your bakery has been branded and franchised with a full complete system, for example with brand “The Baker’s Place” , a customer won’t care much where he buy the bread. For example you don’t hesitate to eat in any McDonald’s outlet either it is next to petrol station, Penang, JB or KL. (Hey, have you ever visit and eat at the first McDonald’s restaurant?)

Remember, I do not say that don’t become a doctor or any professionals, this is just a simple comparison between a rich people and a super rich people.

2. Super rich people know how to multiply their income

Most people know how to get RM 1 from other people. But there are not many people really know how to multiply that RM 1 into RM 1.50. Super rich people even know how to create RM 1 from RM 0 and multiply it further.

This is another essential distinction between rich & super rich people.

First level income or the active income is a common skills nowadays. But the another type of income i.e portfolio and passive income were not really taught in school.

You can become a rich people just by knowing where to find a right job, or the highest paid job in the world, but super rich people are acquiring another skills to make them richer and richer.

They are multiplying their existing income!
